My Background:

I run Operations and People at GraphCDN. We are enabling any developer to change the world, by democratizing the operation of GraphQL APIs at any scale.

I previously held roles as the Head of People, Head of Talent Acquisition and Director of Business Operations at Armory, the leading continuous delivery company.

I'm also one of the co-creators and a People Operations Advisor at FounderCulture. We're building a community by Founders, for Founders, to help venture-backed Founders improve the odds of successfully scaling impactful companies.

About the Operations & People role in high-growth startup environments

The Operations & People leader is a highly strategic role. How do we create a culture of high output, balanced by compassion and connection? How do we build resilience, agility, and make it measurable and repeatable, much like a product? How do we integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into the company from day one and in every part of our growth, where it’s not just a checkbox, a percentage, or a seasonal initiative? These are the problems I’m passionate about solving at early-stage startups.

I am a true strategic partner to founders operationalizing culture, talent acquisition, learning & development, and communications to facilitate growth and scale. I roll up my sleeves to put the initial infrastructure in place while building out teams and functions to proactively support founders and lead the company through hyper-growth before and after each funding round.
